I decided to try your beginners jump rope workout. At first I couldn’t jump rope for longer than 10 seconds with numerous trips ups. No way was 15 seconds rest between sets enough. Eight months later I’m able to do two 15 second sets, two 20 second sets, two 25 seconds sets, and finish with one 30 second set.
